Divinity II problem

installed game start a new game get through cut screens start a new player then another load screen My computer then says divinity II not responding, I have a single core amd 4000+ chip, 4gig dual channel mem, 2 1 gig geforce 9800gt, can anyone help? is it the fact that I have a single core chip?

Possible, there are games which no longer support single core, I think.
Not many people here already have the game. You should also post this on the official forum, to increase your chances.

Go to options > graphics > select quality level drop-down box > select Single-core optimized.
