Sanitarium is a fun little game. It's a bit shorter than you'd expect as you work thru it. It felt a little like they were about 2/3 thru and the publisher came in and said, "Alright boys, let's wrap this up". I thought it got easier as I went, too, which is a little unusual for an adventure game. Still, a good time was had.
