What are the best Japanese PS1 games (non-RPG)

I got my hands on a Debugging station and I want to start importing but I'm pretty clueless about the import market. I just want to know what are the best Japanese games other than RPGs?

Japanese as in untranslated? Otherwise Silent Hill is in my top. Despite the old polygons it's still a creepy and disturbing game.

I think she(?) means to import games that weren't previously released outside of Japan.
