Put the below in skyrim.ini replacing what was under mapmenu before.

PS. It is totally clear with this and if you want the blur just remove the blur lines.

Yeah, like many things in Skyrim it seems to be a happy medium between Oblivion's completely random setup and Morrowind's hand-placed items.
