Blue barrier in Dons headquarters..

In Dons headquarters, in the bandit camp, there is a blue barrier that I have no
idea how to get though…Any ideas out there?

You'll be able to access areas beyond blue barriers (much) later in the game. And areas beyond red barriers a little before that. Don't worry about it.
