Not sure why you're spending so much energy on refuting the Nexon deal. My point is that, as bad as EA can be, it could be a lot worse.
Yes, you'll need a constant connection for Sim City but you don't HAVE to play with other people. I expect they will give you your own little word to play on but that world will be stored on THEIR servers.
