I have the same (fiber optic), but I get pretty close to max DL speed, around 11-12 MB/s with Steam. Origin seems to be a little faster, steady 12-13 MB/s. .

If I may suggest using b for bits and B for bytes. Then go for kb or kB for kilo, Mb or MB for mega and so on.

It's called "Ultra100" service 100mb download / 5mb upload - I think it costs around $70 per month.
