If the Jubiläums edition is like the 5th anniversary edition, then it is the worse version, as it does not contain all DLC.

Yes, but it doesn't include the DLCs. So the GOTY Ed. for 10€ might still be the better deal.

By the way, KOTOR trickles into the shops again. At prices around 40 Euros towards 20 Euros (seen in 2 different retail shops yet).
Amazon prices are a bit different, though : Going towards 30 Euros.
