German-language newspaper article (online) from September this year :

It says that "private richness increases over time, meanwhile the public/communal [state-side] richness declines - and that the richest ones even become more rich.

And that despite the EU economic crisis.

And this is drawn from a report by the state, the "fourth richness and poverty report" of the Bundesregierung.
