I couldn't stand Three-Dog's cliche character. Of course, Wayne Newton's half drunken drivel wasn't much better. They definitely need better writing for voice acted lines we'll hear 1,000x over during the course of the game.

Actually yeah I would too - if it were priced right and included significant new tracks and commentary. Considering the time period used for music, such a radio pack may be able to be made somewhat substantial since they could draw on some public domain recordings to flesh it out.
