Brian fargo tweeted a piece of concept art for Wasteland 2.

These mad little guys wear bandoliers of mini-nuke grenades and if provoked, will self-detonade.

This is not Borderlands 2, is it? Because that's the kind of crazy this looks like.

If you want to get a feel for the world of Wasteland I'd suggest watching Six String Samurai and Mad Max 2 back to back.
