This is especially true with our pathetically stupid monetary system - because with limited resources, more (of nothing) for one person often means less (of something) for another person.

Well, considering I've been a statistic since the end of January, any change could have to be classified as a good one. Made it official today. Gonna be a "Program Manager" for a large automotive supplier, which means I, errr, manage the introduction of new parts for the company, from the design phase all the way to full production. Should be fun.

Sorry. No pearls of wisdom in this oyster.

"Executive" might be pushing it a bit. It's probably a step up the food chain, but I'm sure the guys on the shop floor willl confirm I'm still just a dumbass engineer.

Congrats on the new job title. Hopefully it'll give you a bit of extra cash, too.

Interesting thread, and it seems the average age of the Watch is way above most other gaming sites. That might explain the fact that we're (mostly) civil to each other.

I work as a Personal Trainer with a reasonable amount of administrative duties at the gym thrown in. And as a swimming teacher. And as a Group training instructor. And…well, that's pretty much it.

Before I had my daughter I worked 60hour weeks on regular basis, but since she arrived two years ago I've been keeping it at a manageable 40-50 hours. My girlfriend absolutely HATES the fact that I like to play games to the point of it being scary. So I tend to only play games when I'm home alone or with my daughter and she sleeps, which is at best an hour or so a day. She sleeps to little. Morphine?

I agree. Reading throzugh the SWTOR forums is just horrible … Worst of them are the PvP sub-forums (all languages except French which I can't understand) …

Belated Congratulations DTE!

I'm still the owner(twenty-seven years now) of an automotive salvage yard. My wife, children, employees and customers have taken all my free time so I trade sleep for gaming.
