I think I'll wait awhile longer before patching. The game already runs fine for me!!

I've patched the game and I don't see any problem (and I don't see any improvements). Well, those mentioned improvements couldn't be seen, so that's probably why I don't see them

Dissapointing. I was expecting a rebalancing/refining of the gameplay
(skills, armor, perhaps close combat) for my long and patient wait. They
seem to center on technical fixes. Perhaps understandably since there
is where the reviews hit them the most.
Still it seems to be a losing battle. The most important issue which is the
memory Leak related crashes is not even mentioned. And if anything 1.09
did things worst for me (crashes like clockwork every 1/2 hour or 3-4 loads
in place of once every 3-4 hours, I do realize that it fixed the saving issue
a lot of people had ofcourse) so I rolled back to 1.08…
Oh well…
