defragmenting is like cleaning/organinzing your house but reformating is like removing everything from your house and then doing repairs on the house, painting, etc until it is emmaculate as when you first moved in and then bring all of your stuff back inside in an organized manner. it can often time make a noticable difference.

not necessarily (i can appreciate the sparingly usuage of happy faces and other icons), but punctuation or excessive punctuation to me implies a sense of bewilderment, astonisment, or confusion. but if its worth anything i laughed/smiled at your 'sigh…'

Good point, especially when using humour as it doesn't always 'translate' well with non-native english speakers!! Heck, some things don't even work when 'translated' from America to Australia!!
