the moby "soundtrack" is a joke.
the big daddy figurine is very well done but, i don't get much out of it.
the making of dvd however is quite excellent and highly recommended for anyone who has or hasn't played the game (no spoilers).
heres is part 1 talking about the evolution of the game. i'll get the other ones up, though some parts are already on youtube, i'll post them in their original chapters.
{edit: ok thats all six parts, enjoy them all, i've probably watched them nearly 3 times now…}

don't listen to the raving reviews, the foaming fanboys, or the degenerate detractors but rather the men and women themselves who built it. its most excellent and worth the 10 extra dollars alone.

I posted a link to an article I wrote at GameSanityBlog here that mentions even better stuff you can get from Bioshock.

That's a great line-up of tunes for the soundtrack…and I think the atmosphere would lose credibility without them. I like everything I've seen and heard from Levine including the youtube thing; it's the opposite of all the media hype. He seems like a rational, intelligent guy just describing the way things were. Nice change from the howling hyperbole.

It really sucks to be me for this game since I CAN'T PLAY IT! Oh well, maybe this way I can remain in a state of ignorant bliss about it.
