Afterfall - Gets Backing
April 6th, 2008, 00:24
Covr writes in to say the Polish post-apoc project Afterfall has received a financial boost from new Polish publisher, Nicolas Games.
Heading over to NMA, it seems Nicolas bought/hired Intoxicate to work on Afterfall as an internal studio. Apparently Nicolas raised ~USD$1.2M recently in a stock market float.
More information.

I hope this means good things are coming our way… I was more exited about the fake switching to FIFE engine than about this, partly because had they actually switched to FIFE, they'd have WAY more chances to complete what they promised. This way, well… It's still possible, I guess, but it's a hell of a project. Good luck to them all.

Yay, I do hope it will give the boys serious kick to work harder and faster now. And I REALLY do hope Afterfall will kick Fallout 3rd balls hard…
