Are there any story-based RPGs anymore

Blackguards seems to become a story-driven TB RPG.

Bioware (Mass Effect, Dragon Age, essentially their entire catalog), CD Project Red (the Witcher), Obsidian (to some extent) are all much more about story than the early 90s games.

That said the quality and style of writing varies wildly, and one person might not appreciate all these devs.
