A witch would of course have a pet that she could use permanently, making her harder to balance. And of which witch-circle would she be (also affecting which kind of pet she'd have)? Would probably be best if they just included three different kins of witches from the get go, and expanded the Geode selection screen with two kinds of human druids: Masters of Earth and Servants of Sumu (for example - the new ruleset gives you three choices, plus Drakonia).
Which kind of witches though? Daughters of the Earth (Toads) and Sisterhood of Knowledge (Snakes) would probably work best from the kind of magic they wield and (Healing/Form and Anti-Magic/Conjuration), as a third option probably either Black Widows (Spiders) or Silent Sisterhood (Owls) (Ghosts/Influence and Attributes/Influence).

It would also be cool if you could choose the Tulamidian race (or even other human races) for some of the standard character classes (where it makes sense), especially the warrior and rogue-like characters. Right now we only have Tulamidian mages (and a more or less Tulamidian amazone), which doesn't really make that much sense.
