Pricewatch!

Well it's the first 'roguelike' game I've played, for some reason I thought it was more like an RPG (which it really feels like until the big stupid fight). Guess rogue like games are not for me at all.

If you want a more fair (I would not say easier though) rouge-like, then try Dungeons of Dredmor. It is quite easy to get into, and unlike FTL, it has a far more robust RPG-system. FTL is not really a rogue-like, it is more like a rouge-like-like.

Telltale Games just released a DLC for The Walking Dead titled "400 Days". Oddly enough, I never saw or heard anything about this prior to today.

Guys don't forget it's the last day of GOG's summer sale. More than 100 titles are on sale even today, so make sure you didn't skip some juicy deals:

Also note that it also uses an always on DRM scheme with registration with SquareEnix in addition to Steam. Sort of sad what has to be endured for a 15 year old game.

I think first Roguelike I would recommend is Tales of Maj'eyal. It's accessible for roguelike but it doesn't lack complexity, and there is good verity of skills, races and classes and it's free.Best roguelike imo but my favorite remains FTL for reasons I can't explain.

Where do you see that? I know it uses some other kind of DRM if you purchase the non-Steam version from Square-Enix, but I don't see anything mentioned about the Steam version.

Its not mentioned you have to buy it to find out. Its an extra surprise. It really should be listed on the requirements. Wishing I could return it now. Thanks for the GMG code though.

I don't care what it is, what is the point of making someone go through this after they've taken the consideration to buy your product? Using Steam should be enough, being forced to register at some other site simply to use the product will all but assure that I never purchase it.

They fear Steam could follow GOG and go DRM free. So just in case, they've made second DRM.

GOG has an adventure sale. Including all Tex Murphy games. I've never seen all of them on sale. Under a Killing Moon and Pandora Directive were two of my favourite games back in the day.

Well that's pretty (dare I say it) awesome. You can get all that for $5 now (includes Steam keys for most and direct downloads for all)

EDIT: Ninja'd by a spoon.

fortunately (?) I've already bought all games I'm interested in, between previous Winter sales and Summer sales, plus kickstarter and pre-order deals, I literally have nothing I want to buy (welp, maybe if they add a nice pre-order sale for M&M X)
