I would prefer a mod that makes the currently selected character more obvious, but still keeping the red and yellow rings, but making them less obtrusive.

What a difference! Much more enjoyable and makes for better screenshots as well.

The only markers you get are the red arrows and only on the current target you have selected.

Same here. It seems to be a big thing with these games to have as much of it as possible though. At the very least they should have included an option to disable some or all of them.

I can't use a mod because I'm on the 360. The only thing I don't like about the 360 actually.
