Shadowrun kickstarter

Hell yes. I absolutely love the Shadowrun setting. 2D, tactical, Turn Based RPG.

What they're promising certainly sounds good. It also sounds like it's going to be party-based.

Color me interested.

One thing with kickstarter in general, is that its a bit worrying how little time they claim it's gonna take to create the games.

"ok we're gonna make the best game in history of mankind, on 4 platforms, with 10 people, and it's gonna take… 8 months!"

I'm a bit afraid we'll see a lot of half finished kickstarter games.. I'd feel more comfortable if they would say 3 years instead of 8 months or a year. But i guess not too many of those projects would work out with 2-3x the funding..

So will this game do better than the last Shadowrun game?
