Divinity II - Save Games Needed

Larian is looking for late-game Divinity II saves to test the import feature on Flames of Vengeance, so it sounds like they're getting there.

Nope. Still over a month from the projected release (October '10, but perhaps expect November) outside of Germany.

The German release only dealt with German AFAIK, and they're testing the import function for the localised releases (English, French etc), which are the ones coming out later this year.

They had already tested with German savegames for FOV long before the release of FOV here in Germany.

Don't know about DKS, though.
