You have the unique opportunity to prove the Universe wrong. You see, it is bent on not ever letting me win anything.
So thwart it, bend the very fabric of space, and bestow this jewel of D&D greatness upon me! Mwahaha.

I deserve to win because I'll freely admit I liked Icewind Dale games more than Baldurs Gate games.

And a (brutal, hey, I'm a computer geek not a writer) poem:

In the days of old there were games like Icewind Dale.
Then the dark times came and were filled with much fail.
Now returns the isometric and turn based.
Flipping my sad panda into a happy faced.

Vanilla Ice Wind Dale!

Yo Liam let's Kick It

Stop, collaborate and listen
Icewind Dale's back in a Beamdog rendition,
Sountrack grabs ahold of me tightly
Play it on my laptop daily and nightly
Will Windows make it stop? Yo, I don't know
Burn up some Orcs with a fireball's glow
To the extreme I want that key like a Vandal
Light up my screen with HD Graphics I can't handle

Vanilla Ice Wind Dale Baby!

See? I love the classics and this is my fave!

I don't know if I deserve it, but I'll tell a sob story and maybe you will take pity on me. Back in the days of Advanced Dungeons and Dragons I was an avid player. My Jr. High School figured out that a statute on the books says if enough people request a class they have to provide a room and a teacher. So we had a "Fantasy and Strategy games" class. And we were able to get Gary Gygax to come and talk to the class. This was all fine and dandy except one little point. I learned about this from the excited chatter from all the students that were in the class just after Mr. Gygax had left. I missed the entire thing.

Jeez, I don't know if you made this up but if true you deserve the key.

Darn, I missed by chance
by purest happenstance
to play this game again
and visit Snowdrift Inn
I guess I'll drown my sorrow
by playing Skyrim tomorrow.

I was a poet and knew it, but didn't choose to pursue it.

Man, I used to have tons of game boxes. I had the Ultima Trilogy, 4 and 5 for C64, 6 through 9 for the PC, the BG's, the IWD's, all the Wing Commanders, etc.

Then I moved to NYC and had to purge the massive amount of stuff I had acquired over the years. Wish I'd found a way to keep them!
