Best Free Real-time RPG (Offline)?

Hi, there are many freeware rogue like and turn based RPG's that I've played. But I havn't got a chance to play any real time RPG's? What do you think are the best freeware real time RPG's?? It may be offline or playable via LAN. Please, no browser based or online RPG's...

Aren't there any?? Oh dear.

I can't really think of any newer single player RPG's that are free. I have heard people rave about Prelude to Darkness and it's free, but I believe the combat is turn-based.
