And this is done for xbox live.
The article says that there are even Youtube-videos out there, demonstrating how to use these nets and their accompanied tools.

I'm becoming quite concerned about that.
By the way, the blog says that everyone, who uses one of these tools, turns his/her own PC into a zombie for the tool's creater himself ...
