Darkstone Opinions please

No. As i sdaid in another thread, Might and Magic 7 & 8 plus Wizardry 8 are the only rpg,s i have ever played.
I got stuck on Wizardry 8 because it introduced me to modding which i now prefer to playing, but of course to mod a game successfully you have to have played it a lot.

Well, I'd say if you didn't find the combat too much in Wiz8, you should be able to deal with some hacking and slashing. As I recall, a lot of your mods were about more and better combat?

That is so but my main interest was extended storyline via new quests.
I am going to make a separate thead for this.

Darkstone was fun back in the day, but I'm pretty sure it's probably aged horribly since then.
