As far as Danish goes, I'd say that Danish have more wovel sounds (around 40) than any otherr language. Imo, Danish is the softer version of Swedish as Swedish people will pronounce doctor like this läkara; the Danish version of this is: læge, pronounced læ:e with a long æ (pronounced like the oe in the french word soeur or sister in English).
