EA sued. Again. This time by shareholders.

No but if these lawsuits win it will set a bad example, and we the buyers will pay the price not EA. As stated above this whole thing is about money that's all, and not the bugginess of all EA games.

In layman's term the investors lost money which is always a risk you take when you do. Instead of sucking it up modern law allows you to sue for it back in some states.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.:cool:

If they had made statements how buggy the game is, they would have been sued for torpedoing their own business and for destroying shareholder value.

Not necessarily so. Ubisoft pulled two games (Watch Dogs and DriveClub) just before the release and, while company's shares took a hit, nobody seems to to be suing them.
