Risen Rope bridge: How get there ?

chapter 2, looking for the rope bridge to get the stolen disk from the gnomes; do i go thru the eastern temple, or what ? thanks

...Er just walk east and look at your map. Have you EVER played a game like this before? You ask so many basic questions that I wonder how old you are!! You are supposed to work out some of this easy stuff YOURSELF!!!!

You have to pass through some caves to get to the Eastern side, there's a cave opening (near a lake with a Thunder Lizard nearby) that leads you under the mountain to the other side. Be careful of the Ghouls inside, you'll have to run past them if you're not strong enough to kill them yet.
