He's got no control over single clicks vs double clicks (when to use what), how to quickly move the mouse around the edges etc. The game must be turn based, similar to Football Manager, so he's got all the time in the world to do stuff. RTwP could work, over time, but not right away.

Darkest Dungeon developpment team could hire that guy as a consultant in order to convey the irrepressive need to nerve even more DD as it is so punitive.
