Skyrim Has anyone figured out how to throw items?

Is it even possible?

I can grab and move items by holding "E" (or whatever the interact key is). But I can't launch or throw them around. I can't remember if we could do this in Oblivion or not.

Is this possible is Skyrim?

isnt it the same as earlier games, like if you're holding something you would quickly rotate in the direction you want to throw, and at the same time let go of the the object and it would fly off in that direction.. At least that's how i remember it being in FO:NV etc.

Thanks vurt. I guess in my excitement over just actually PLAYING Skyrim, I got a little mixed up.

BTW, there is a very annoying bug with assigning hotkeys at the moment:

If you have more than one item of the same type assigned to a hotkey (for instance two Iron Longswords), equipping that item removes the other hotkey assignments.

VERY annoying.

I think this only applies to items you can equip (i.e. weapons), and not those you just use like potions.
