Risen scrolls: how create skeleton conjour scroll ? fireball ?

how do i create a skeleton conjour scroll ? where is lord patroscan ? do i need alchemy knowledge to create scrolls ? how can i get fire ball ability ? thanks

To get fireball, you must be with the Order, Don's men can't get it.

To create scrolls, you need a rune and an ingredient, a bone for a skeleton. You don't need alchemy but you do need to learn scrollmaking from Illumar.

Patroscan has the skeleton rune and he's in the lower part of the tunnel/cave leading to the east coast.
