I know its not Ocluous but so far its been crazy fun.I can can tell my son has been playing too many games when the first place he travels to on the Gear is the city streets of Chernobyl. If there is another thread for the gear somebody please just stop me.
I have fallen in love with the Gear and to me its like video games were invented all over. Been playing some of the games and watching videos while I wait for my bluetooth controller to show up. To be fair, there is not a lot of apps yet but more keep appearing in the Oculous store. I now see they are bundling a free Gear with new Galaxie phone and I think this is how they will finally sell 3d. There is a method to stream your pc games to the Gear but Its not working to well for me yet.I downloaded a beta browser for it that works very well. One problem is the heat buildup but I found an excellent cooling method that doesnt include a fan.
