Gothic 3 Okara needs more people

OK ... this is one of those frustrating 'search until you get completion' quests ... but I'm having a hard time because I am only slowly becoming familiar with the Okara area, the map doesn't help much, and I'm not sure how many people I'm supposed to find.

I escorted the guy from Montera, found the Fire Mage, got the two Hunters (candela was one), the guy who wanted to clear the mine, and Owen, who was sitting on a hill hoping for Orcs to pick him up. But the quest remains ... so I assume there are others ... any hints / tips on this? I am trying to avoid the walkthrough ...

You only miss one guy, and that's a soldier hiding in a cave near some Ripper Beasts with special names (part of a quest for the soldier in the cave). To find him, you walk out from Okara, turn left, walk the path till you go up a ramp and see a cave. Near the cave you'll find five trolls. Ignore the cave, but follow the mountain side. If you keep an eye out to the left while walking near those mountains, you should be able to spot the ripper beasts. The cave is somewhere nearby.

I'm not exactly an expert at writing descriptions, so let me know if I wasn't accurate enough.

Pretty good - after the ramp, the Troll cave is to the right, and once you can actually see the trolls pop in, you should be looking to your left.

I must have crossed within 10 feet of that cave entrance a dozen or more times!

yes the forests surrounding okara took me two plays through to really figure out. it makes sense that along with nordmar, its really the only place in the game you can get lost. which makes sense since these are also the places of greatest resistance from the orcs.
