Shacknews has a new Puzzle Quest 2 trailer that sports a June release window at the end - at least, for the NDS and X360 versions. There's also a new video interview with Producer Tim Ramage demonstrating the core gameplay at Gametrailers.

NDS and x360, meh. I think we should just bother with this if a PC version is ever announced.
