This Unreal Engine 3 title is his third project he is the lead designer on (Torment, The Sith Lords)

I'm pretty sure it's Project Georgia thing, the rumored CIA THRILLER RPG. :p
Of course there is also possibility that he is working on some unknown yet codename which also (as P. Georgia) is using Unreal Engine.
