Just a thread for members to recommended games/developers to interview. I will try to get some of them done, but remember I'm only one staff member with limited time.

I only have two rules.

1. No large Publishers/Developers as they never respond.
2. Links to websites or contact information to speed the process up.

Now here are the current lists.

List of Possible Interviews

Heroic Fantasy Games - Designer & Programmer Pierre Begue
Epic Battle Fantasy - Designer Matt Roszak
Almost Human Games (Legend of Grimrock)
Sinister Design – Craig Stern
Tales of Maj'Eya - DarkGod

Interviews in Progress

Soldak Entertainment – Steven Peeler

I'll add it to the list of possible interviews, and thanks for the suggestion HiddenX.

Not sure if Harebrained Schemes is considered too large of developer, but if not, I'd love to see an interview of Mitch / Jordan / whoever is considered the lead / director on SR: HK here at the Watch. They did recently do one with RPGamer so I figure they wouldn't consider themselves too important / busy for this site.

Already asked and got a general message back it was passed to the PR department.

Never got a reply back yet.

All good choices Morrandir but some of them never responded to my e-mails before. I'll try to get an interview with Bare Mettle Entertainment the developers of Sui Generis.

felipepepe and I had contact lately with Jurie Horneman (Twitter: @jurieongames) - one of the creators of Amberstar, Ambermoon and Albion (and more: Incubation, Settlers 2, MaxPayne 2, etc.)
Great Dutch guy, who is still making games. Would be fun to ask a few questions about the past and about his current work.
BTW: He started very young at Thalion and was an Atari ST demo programmer before.

I know you can't do them all, Couch, but here's a list where you might find some you like:

Soldak Entertainment – Steven Peeler : http://www.soldak.com/
Aterdux Entertainment : http://aterdux.com/
Olderbytes – Charles Clerc : http://www.olderbytes.com/
Basilisk Games – Thomas Riegsecker : http://basiliskgames.com/
Rampant Games – Jay Barnson : http://rampantgames.com/
Sinister Design – Craig Stern : http://sinisterdesign.net/

It would also be fun to have one with Styg for Under Rail, and another one from Numantian Games for a Lords of Xulima postmortem.

Thanks !

Good news I have a new interview with Alexander Dergay of Aterdux Entertainment. I will send my questions this weekend, and hopefully it will be posted a week from now.

Now for the bad news as it seems Bare Mettle Entertainment (Sui Generis) is not interested as they never reply to e-mails, or other posts for a new interview.

Now a quick question do you guys want to ask him anything?

Great news about Aterdux! :)

And I'm not surprised with Bare Mettle's behaviour.

Probably. I think I can provide several questions at Friday evening. Not as much as in case of Spiders interview.

I wonder if our dear Couchpotato is going to do one interview every other day until he runs out of developers… ;)

Do you suggest that they are silent types with very little activity toward fans?

Someone really should pummel Garriot with questions about SotA from a singleplayer's perspective. Don't know how available he is these days though.

Numantian Games would be spiffy too just to know what they're up to right now apart from getting physical copies ready.

Oh and... Matt Barton tried to contact Cleve but never got a reply. Who's our local contact? Corwin? ;)
