It bothers me that Windows 10 keeps uninstalling and blocking Classic Shell because MS wants to push ads on the Start Menu.

Ouch! Do they put ads there now? I wouldn't now, I use Start10 from Stardock, and so far that has worked fine (and not been uninstalled).
