Can't find an answer in the manual or any online walkthrus. Perhaps someone here has figured it out.
When looking at the galaxy map, various status icons pop up next to the system names. I'm pretty sure the crossed swords means land battles in progress and the shield means the Dominators are paying a visit to a system where they own no planets. My question is what the little blue "pointy circle" means. I've only seen it on non-Dominator systems.
EDIT- skip this one, it means there's a black hole in the system, me thinks.
Thanks in advance if anyone knows. BTW, I really hate the "interactive" manual. I read somewhere that the digital download included a pdf of the manual. Is that true, and if so would someone be willing to send it my way? I did an internet hunt for it and came up dry other than 1 site that I don't think I wanted to have anything to do with.
