Like some have already mentioned, they should have just changed the cover completely. I'm guessing time was a factor there.

Computer games weren't regulated as they are now. I cant seem to recall a rating label on any pc game 15-20 years ago.

My statement referred to games as old as 15-20 years ago on the pc not consoles. I have plenty of old boxed pc games from the 80's and 90's. I was mostly referring to the elder scrolls game in the picture in the above posts.
It wasn't install the mid 90's that the ESRB started flexing its censored policy more.
