Codex Goes Buh-Bye

I was making my weekly check at rpgcodex and they have announced they are shutting down. I usually checked there once a week for any news stories not posted here but never particpated in their forums - too much anger and cynicism there.

While I didn't enjoy their forum culture, it's still sad that yet another RPG-dedicated site is gone.

I suppose you missed the party which has been going on here over the last copule of days. Anyway, the Codex hasn't gone bye-bye… yet, just a forum and site restyling.

I honestly didn't 'get' the codex. You are probably right.
