Gothic 3 ingame mini map?

Hi, am new here so please forgive me if this has been posted lots of times before. Has any one come up with a minimap for gothic 3 ? it would be really great to know where I am going here !

Offcourse you have a map when you buy one in Gothic 3. I think you can already buy one in Ardea when you've liberated that very first town.
There are off course adapted versions of those maps and some you can see here and here.

I even think the orc boss in Ardaea has a world map on him. But it's not very zoomed in.

EDIT: there are also slightly more detailed maps for the outying regions. The one region that can be a bit frustrating to navigate even with map is Nordmar, which is the only region that is nearly as three-dimensional as the earlier Gothics and also is plagued by bad weather.

I think I must be stupid or something. I have a world map, but I didn't think you could zoom in on it.
