Is there any way to get the mentioned "info excel sheet"? Rapidshare says: "This file has been removed from the server, because the file has not been accessed in a long time.". Thanks in advance if someone can upload it again or send.

Sorry, that's about the only place I could find that had it. The publisher www.interwise.com.tw didn't even have it for sale anymore.
