Us suggest taxbreaks for videogame creators, except for the evil ones.

And that means ... 90 % won't get it ?

While US is currently concentrating on taxes, EU is getting nervous about falsely advertised milking business so called free2play:
http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-14-187_en.htm

The four most important issues raised by consumers and which will be discussed at the meetings are :

Games advertised as “free” should not mislead consumers about the true costs involved;

Games should not contain direct exhortations to children to buy items in a game or to persuade an adult to buy items for them;

Consumers should be adequately informed about the payment arrangements and purchases should not be debited through default settings without consumers’ explicit consent;

Traders should provide an email address so that consumers can contact them in case of queries or complaints.

How about putting both politician parties in the same room so they tax free2play with $100 per every single transaction? Kill the scam model!

Doubt it will pass really.
Its just more of the same "no no dont pay attention to what we are doing over here, look over there! Video games are KILLING YOUR KIDS!!" propagandizing we have been seeing for years now.
Was the same with rock&roll and tv in their time.

In that case they would just go the mmo route with "disney dollars" that can not be taxed (bioware points etc).
And thanks to disney and co's significant lobbying powers that is not a tax loophole likely to get fixed anytime soon.
