Really looking forward to this one... but if we never, ever saw an elf in another computer game, in any genre, would anyone out there care?

This was rekeased in russia already I believe, not to good reviews.

Ive heard something simulair, nonetheless, iam gonna try it out anyways. This game is so "dark" never seen such a game apart from DI and DII. Its refreshing.

You're right. The released Russian version didn't receive good reaction from Russian game media. I believe it has received 4/10 from ag.ru. I hope they are making use of the extra time to develop and polish Disciples 3.
