Risen Stole from Harlok - Investigation hung?

Hi everyone, it seems like to advance the investigation quest that I need to speak with Harlok again. Problem is, he hates me. My first visit I accidentally pilfered some of his stew and after the subsequent beat-down, he won't allow any conversation just something to the effect of not wanting me to steal any more of his stuff.

I believe I've spoken with everyone on the list, I've completed Cyrus, Abrax, Illumar, Ignatus and Vitus's tests and am working on Pallas' test in Harbor City. Anyone know how I can straighten things out with the investigation?
