Aerie (BG2, especially the ToB section): I practically fell in love with her.

Close second:
Lelianna (DA:O): Most believable NPC in the game. Cute and funny.

Bronze medal:
HK 47 (KotOR): (Observation) Relentless cynicism is always hilarious.

Honourable mentions: Imoen (BG1), Minsc (BG1+2), Bastila (KotOR)

Worst of all:
Anders (DA II): Badly written bag of stereotypes.

Close second: Jaheira (BG 1+2) or Wynne (DA:O): Holier than thou + correct mother + wannabe lover = bad combination

Bronze medal: Deekin (NWN addons): Wrong race, wrong job, wrong words - wrong.

Dishonourable mentions: Xzar (BG1), Khalid (BG1), Jolee Bindo (KotOR)

I liked Jan but his stories of uncle spanky and turnips got a little too much to handle...

This convo is making me want to play kotors again!

Korgan was probably the best for me; can't imagine playing BGII without him. So delightfully evil... especially enjoyable as the meatchunks are flying..

While she was mildly amusing wasn't she basically just a reskinned HK-47? I'm not saying that Gaider is a hack who keeps recycling the same characters over and over again but the similarities are a bit too much don't ya think?
