For the small handful of people who have Fallout 3 on the PS3 and are Playstation Plus subscribers, the EU Playstation Blog has news you'll be able to grab all the DLC for free over the next two weeks.

I find "subs" to be a strange abbreviation for subscribers. Maybe it's just me who thinks of leather zipper masks. =P

I initially read this as "free DLC for Playstation" and additionally "free subs (like the sandwich)". Needless to say I was pretty confused about why they were giving out sandwiches with the DLC.

Heh, I like yours better. I think I'd like a free sub. It's take a lot of the sting out of some of the terrible games I've bought.
