Customs Build Sites?

What are the better sites for a custom inexpensive desktop for the US?

I have a friend in the construction industry that needs a new inexpensive desktop fairly quickly. He lives a few hours from me so I can't just go to a store with him.

He wouldn't be doing anything to fancy. Mostly Autocad and other programs of that ilk.

Also as for monitor dual outputting, I see most cards have an HDMI and a DVI. Can both of those output a separate signal at the same time? Everything I have here at work is Dual DVI. I assume it will work but I have never had a card with different output types like that to play with.

Toff, I recently build a new gaming PC and had (and am still having) an amazing experience with these people:

Here is an Ebay link where you can create your own custom build.

It's very cheap and all PCs come with parts + labor warranty for 3 years!! Already they have fixed issues I was having with no hassle and excellent, fast communication. The computer was well-built and high quality. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a new PC. =)

Isn't newegg the best?
I mean, dunno, but one site I avoid like a plague is ebay. Their paypal service is superb and IMO everyone should use it, but I just don't want to buy Britney Spears menstrual blood ad such stuff.

We picked up a pretty badass one (which is overkill for him) for a bit less than $1k.

He will be happy for years to come and Autocad and Solidworks will be pretty smooth with this.
