Risen Blue magic barrier problem

hey guys,

Maybe this has been asked before but i couldn't find an answer in this forum.

Im a warrior of the order, a mage who cant use seals/runes. Im on chapter 4 and got the rune to break the blue barriers for the titan armor. But i cant use the rune coz i cant use seals. In a german walkthrough it says i can buy break magic barrier scrolls from illumar in the monastry but he doesnt sell them at all...

what am i missing?

You need to learn how to make scrolls from Illumar so you can make your own. You may need to talk to Cormac in the Don's camp to get an introduction.
